Please note that the email that you use to log in MUST be the same one that is displayed in your buyer record on our admin system. If you do not remember what that email is then you will need to log into our admin system to find it.
The email must be entered without your name and any brackets. Only enter your email address in the email field.
If this is your first time logging into this site then you will need to set a password by following the instructions below.
*** NOTE: Clicking on “Forgot Password” will trigger an email that is sent to the email address that we have for you in our admin system. This email could take a few minutes to arrive so please be patient. DO NOT CLICK ON FORGOT PASSWORD REPEATEDLY, otherwise you could be locked out of the system for 24 hours.
If you have made multiple attempts to generate a new password & the link that you receive does not work: Your browser has likely cookied the link from the original email. Try using an incognito browser just go straight to the site (www.mydtonline.com) click on forgot password follow the steps. Make sure that you’re using the same email as shown in your buyer record on our admin system.
If you have lost or forgotten your password then you will need to follow the instructions below. DO NOT keep trying to log in with the same details if it doesn’t work. Doing so will result in your account being locked.
To have your profile unlocked, you will need to put in a system request on our admin system.
How To Setup & Reset Your Password:
- Click on “Forgot Password”
- Enter the email address that is shown in your buyer record on the DT Admin system
- Click on “Request Reset Link” button
- Check the inbox for the email address you have submitted
- In the email that you receive, you will need to click on the link that says “Click here”
- You’ll be taken back to our site, where you will need to enter a new password. Note that you can either use the one suggested, or create your own. You MUST confirm the password by entering it again EXACTLY as before. Click save when done.
- Now you can login using your new password.
