To have your profile unlocked, you will need to put in a system request on our admin system.
How To Setup &Reset Your Password:
Click on “Forgot Password”
Enter the email address that is shown in your buyer record on the DT Admin system
Click on “Request Reset Link” button
Check the inbox for the email address you have submitted
In the email that you receive, you will need to click on the link that says “Click here”
You’ll be taken back to our site, where you will need to enter a new password. Note that you can either use the one suggested, or create your own. You MUST confirm the password by entering it again EXACTLY as before. Click save when done.
